Produced here in our shops through a love for music and furniture making, the end result is a line of speakers recognized as ‘drop dead gorgeous’ (Stereophile), each of our speakers look the part, however, audiophiles recognize the look is not the sound. Through tireless engineering work we are able to deliver the energy, dynamic sound we all strive to hear, the Taylor Sound that can only be called ‘musical’.
Each of our speakers uses the very best in components; hand made, well braced cabinets with architectural veneers, among the very finest drivers available, including our hand wound copper air core inductors, high power cast precision resistors, foil/film capacitors, each speaker we sell is designed to create a musical, studio quality sound.
Engineered with computer modeling and extensive voicing using a full mix of classical, jazz and popular music. Each design element is executed meticulously by hand for critical listening. Every speaker is created through a process of component selection directed to offer listeners a truly moving recreation of recorded music.We pride ourselves on building musical instruments, enclosure work rooted in instrument building. Speaker design augmented by powerful computer modeling tools meets the formidable challenge of bringing ‘live’ to audio reproduction.
We welcome those seeking hand made audio, In a world of mass produced or imported speakers we take pride in our products ability to not only look wonderful, but sound like the sum of the parts. In a world of Asian products with labor costs a fraction of ours, our work will stand out to show how able we are to produce the very finest work anywhere. If custom execution is needed, we are able to work with designers to produce enclosures, from enclosures to finished speakers.Some customers use our work for shows, photography and samples. We work to keep our costs within reach of our customers through tooling, jigs and templates.

The Minuet at right is a fine example of a Taylor design, in birds eye maple, produced for a customer who wanted something special. Amazing sound, fast, delicate and able to generate a superb stage with more then enough bass for most music. Diana Krall to Bach, delivered in stunning detail with ambient sounds and separation of detail.
At left is the Bifrost speaker with Seas drivers. A kit speaker offered through Madisound Speaker components inc. combined with our cabinets builders can own a fantastic sounding speaker competing with some of the finest speakers sold at any price. We produce each custom with veneer options.
